Please contact us before sending an item back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Return eligibility
Eligible items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with their original packaging. Product-specific exclusions or return windows will be disclosed before purchase where applicable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges and return shipping may be non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
