Where do I complete payment?
The storefront sends your cart to Shopify's secure hosted checkout. Mythhall does not directly collect or store your complete payment-card details.
When will I see shipping costs?
Available shipping services and their prices are calculated from your delivery address during checkout.
Can I change an order after checkout?
Contact mythhall.com@support.com as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
What if an item is sold out?
Sold-out variants cannot be added to the cart. Availability updates automatically from Shopify when inventory changes.
Do standard products require an artwork upload?
No. Standard products are sold as shown and do not require an artwork upload. Customized products will use a separate ordering process when that service launches.
